Apply Font Changes to Both New and Existing Notes
Hi! I’ve noticed that when changing the font in the notes editor, the update only applies to newly created notes, while existing notes keep the previous font. It would be great if font changes were applied consistently across all notes, including existing ones. This would ensure a more cohesive experience and prevent inconsistencies in appearance across the user’s notes.
Add Built-in File Conversion Tool

It would be very useful to have a built-in file conversion feature within the app. For example, the ability to: Convert documents from Word to PDF and vice versa Convert between common formats like PDF, Word, and Excel This would allow users to quickly handle file format changes without needing external tools, making workflows faster and more seamless.
Add Collections for Notes Organization
Hey! As the number of notes grows, it can become harder to keep everything organized. It would be great to introduce collections or folders to group notes, allowing users to better structure their content. For example: Organizing notes by topic, project, or category Easier navigation and retrieval of information This would significantly improve usability and scalability of the notes feature as users create more content.
Add To-Do
Hello! It would be great to add basic to-do or task functionality within notes. For example: Checkboxes for tasks Ability to mark items as completed Simple task lists within a note This would allow users to use notes not only for writing, but also for lightweight task management and quick checklists. It could significantly expand the usefulness of the feature without making it overly complex.
Configurable Shortcut Behavior for Notes
Hello It would be great to have a setting that allows users to choose what the notes shortcut does when triggered. For example, the option to: Open the last edited note Create a new note This would make the feature more flexible and better adapt to different user workflows, especially for users who either want to quickly continue previous work or rapidly capture new ideas.
Support Cmd + R Shortcut in Browser
Hello! It would be great if the standard Cmd + R shortcut worked as expected when using the app in the browser. Currently, this shortcut doesn’t seem to function, and supporting it would align the experience with common browser behavior and user expectations. This would improve usability, especially for users who rely on keyboard shortcuts for faster workflows.
Enable Picture-in-Picture Across All Features
Hey! It would be great to have Picture-in-Picture (PiP) support consistently available across all features in the app, similar to how browsers allow floating windows. This would allow users to keep certain content visible while working on other tasks, improving multitasking and overall workflow efficiency. For example, being able to keep a note or reference visible while navigating other sections of the app would be extremely useful.
Support Image & Media Insertion in Notes
Hi! It would be great to have the ability to insert images into notes. This would make the feature much more powerful for use cases like visual references, documentation, and quick idea capture.
Allow Custom Editable Note Titles
Hi! Currently, the note title is automatically taken from the first line, which can be limiting. It would be very helpful to allow users to define and edit a custom title independently from the note content. This would improve organization and prevent accidental title changes when editing the first line.
Extend Formatting Options
Hi! I’ve noticed that bold, italic, and underline are already supported, which is great. It would be awesome to extend formatting capabilities a bit further with features like: Text color customization Highlighting Code blocks or inline code These additions would make notes much more expressive and especially useful for technical or structured content.
