Add Built-in File Conversion Tool

Hi!

It would be very useful to have a built-in file conversion feature within the app.

For example, the ability to:

• Convert documents from Word to PDF and vice versa

• Convert between common formats like PDF, Word, and Excel

This would allow users to quickly handle file format changes without needing external tools, making workflows faster and more seamless.
