Add Collections for Notes Organization

Hey!

As the number of notes grows, it can become harder to keep everything organized.

It would be great to introduce collections or folders to group notes, allowing users to better structure their content.

For example:

• Organizing notes by topic, project, or category

• Easier navigation and retrieval of information

This would significantly improve usability and scalability of the notes feature as users create more content.
