Configurable Shortcut Behavior for Notes

Hello It would be great to have a setting that allows users to choose what the notes shortcut does when triggered.

For example, the option to:

• Open the last edited note

• Create a new note

This would make the feature more flexible and better adapt to different user workflows, especially for users who either want to quickly continue previous work or rapidly capture new ideas.
